Richard Maybury says it best -- "Can you name one person in all the thousands of years of human history who rose to the top in politics by being honest?" As one political scandal dies down, don't be surprised when another pops up.

The bad medicals news is the US national debt would now be at a stout $17.3 trillion. The senate vote was 50-49 in favor of the increased debt ceiling. That means about half of our elected officials in Washington, D.C. actually don't know how many zero's are in a trillion. And there are 17.3 to account for. A government default has been avoided....for now. For years our elected politicians have proved they have no idea how to balance a budget. Of course if you have someone's else's money to budget with, it really doesn't matter if it balances or not. What is going to change moving forward in the hearts, minds, and souls of our government officials that will allow the start of debt reduction?

It's not necessary to go into the discomfort it causes everyone else. It's obvious, otherwise he wouldn't be meeting with you. He live and worked by example, a divine CEO who was out there in the marketplace and did what He preached. He showed the way to eternal life; redirected the focus of His audience to their promised land; did signs medicals bad and fake wonders; He fed them and healed them. He spoke with authority, something they had never experienced before; told value stories about Himself, His Father, His Vision and what He came to do. He demonstrated what he preached, paid tax, applied discipline when necessary, no hypocrisy, no faking. He led by serving, was humble and demonstrated leadership and teamwork through service.

There are no serious medical conditions involved, so your dental physician is not required. If that is the case with you, take heart - most of us have a bout of bad breath from time to time, so first of all stop worrying.

Validate: As I mentioned above, it's pretty easy to think that children can't possibly suffer from depression. They're too young, they don't know anything, all kinds of reasons can be given. Your child needs to know that this is a real illness, that their feelings aren't faked and that you believe in them. They also need to know that they can recover.
